John McFadden, Owner, Qualified Manager

Owner and Qualified Manager, John is highly qualified with extensive experience conducting in-depth investigations. We focus on our client’s best interests and we never lose sight of those goals.

John is a retired law enforcement professional with over 30 years’ experience and has conducted hundreds of pre-employment backgrounds for numerous Law Enforcement Agencies throughout the State of California. He is a certified Background Investigator with P.O.S.T (Peace Officers Standards & Training)

Following his retirement in 2015, John returned to work in a per diem role with the City of Benicia as a Criminal Detective; in addition to working with a local background firm conducting public safety backgrounds.

As of 2018, Following state certifications and exams, JCI was founded offering Background Investigation Services to multiple Bay Area Agencies
